Making smart sustainable changes across these areas of health gradually increases your baseline so you’re operating at a higher level - achieving more than you could with just fitness alone.

Upon joining the program, you will be paired with the Coach that is most powerfully positioned to help you, and who is fully committed to providing the guidance and accountability needed to keep you focused and on track.

Project X is not a quick, easy fix though. So you need to be ready and willing to be open-minded, transparent, and hard-working. We promise you won't look back.

THE PROCESS

Strategy Session

We start with a 1-on-1 Strategy Session to help us set the framework for your 6 weeks.

By discussing your health and fitness from past to present, and by setting your ultimate future, we are able to create a customised roadmap that takes you from where you are to where you want to go.

Movement Assessment

We run you through a comprehensive Movement Assessment to understand your ability and any areas that might be holding you back.

To understand your ability and to open up a conversation around problem points and/or areas that might be holding you back.

CUSTOM Training Plan

We take care of all your training.

From the information we gather in the Strategy Session and Movement Assessment, we’ll build a program that best fits you and your needs.

This could be any combination of group, 1-on-1, or homework sessions.

Coach Accountability

Whilst discipline can be learned, we’ve found that having accountability is the fastest way to make sustained progress.

Your coach will check in with you frequently to answer questions, help where needed, and to make sure you’re sticking to the plan.

Knowledge & Autonomy

We want your results to continue beyond Project X, so we’ve created resources that boil all of our knowledge and experience down to the big-impact essentials.

You get full access to this library because we want you to learn as you apply so you become more autonomous.
